Dragon Well Green Tea

Dragon Well is perhaps the best-known Green Tea in China, easily recognized by its broad, flat leaves. The name comes from the small town it is grown around the famous West Lake in Zhejiang Providence. The tea gets its distinctive shape from a labor-intensive process of pressing leaves flat against a hat wok.
